4-Hour Art + Story Lab / No Experience Needed

✦ Don’t have FOMO! Rather FLOMO! — (short for Flow More).
This is not your average art workshop.

✦ FLOMO is a 4-hour guided creative experience where you’ll tune in, wander out, and make something raw, honest, and uniquely yours. Using stream-of-consciousness journaling, photography, spoken word, and simple editing tools, you’ll create a short visual story that captures your own intuitive sparks.

We’ll start by writing fast and loose. From there, you’ll pull three words that rise to the surface — and follow them into the world with your camera (or phone). After snapping images that resonate, you’ll return to create: layering your words and visuals into a short iPhone film. It might be poetic. It might be weird. It might surprise you.

We use big butcher paper, fat markers, polaroids, and your voice.
We don’t use pressure, perfectionism, or overthinking.

✦ You’ll leave with:

A mini film made by you — story, visuals, and sound

A fresh way of seeing the world (and your own process)

New connections, good snacks, and maybe ink on your hands

✦ Come curious. Leave in flow.
No art skills or tech experience necessary. Just bring your phone, an open mind, and your imagination.

To loosen the grip of perfectionism, to engage creativity through intuition and play, and to explore personal storytelling through the intersection of word, image, and movement. FLOMO invites people out of their heads and into a process of raw, real-time creative discovery.

✦ Kelly Wainwright is a multidisciplinary artist, movement facilitator, and creative producer. Everything she does — whether through movement, color, play, sensory immersions, bones & gravity, or words — is about getting people back in their bodies and remembering one’s pulse. FLOMO is her playful invitation to explore, create, and inhabit more fully — a lab for curiosity.
